To allow us to quickly handle your request, we recommend providing:

· email address used for the purchase;
· description of the problem;

· requested solution, where applicable.
3. COMPLAINT HANDLING
We will examine your request and strive to provide an appropriate response using the contact details provided by the customer.
4. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Should a complaint not be resolved directly, the consumer may, in applicable cases, turn to a competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in accordance with Italian and European legislation.
5. RIGHT TO APPEAL TO THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITY
The use of out-of-court procedures does not limit the consumer's right to appeal to the competent judicial authority according to applicable law.
