WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver exclusively in Italy.

Currently, we do not ship to other countries.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

For orders equal to or greater than €130, standard shipping is free.

For orders under €130, a fixed shipping cost of €16 applies.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AN ORDER?

Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days from payment confirmation.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

After shipment, delivery is normally expected within 3-5 business days.

The estimated total time from payment confirmation to delivery is normally 4–10 business days.

WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE?

Orders may be entrusted to DHL, FedEx, UPS or other professional couriers selected based on the product and destination.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. After shipment, you will receive, when available, a code or link to monitor the delivery status.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Payments are processed through J-Pay using the procedure available during checkout.

DO PRICES INCLUDE VAT?

The prices published on the site are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated as permitted by current legislation.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can request cancellation of your order before shipment by writing promptly to info@boreaceramiche.com.

We cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders already prepared or entrusted to the courier.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you purchase as a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

WHO PAYS THE RETURN COST?

The direct cost of return is borne by the customer, except in the case of a damaged, defective, incorrect or non-compliant product.

For bulky products or those that cannot be returned via normal postal service, the return cost may be higher than that of ordinary shipping.
